	The person fighting Arthur Sensei is none other than Sensei Bob Flowers. The contest was on the 14th October 1979 at Filwood Broadway, Knowle, Bristol. I know this as this was my first contest.

	The four japanese instructors are, I believe, from left to right Kobayashi, P.Suzuki, Fujii and definately Shiomitsu Sensei. I am the guy with the sword at the church fete (!)anno. 1984, and otherwise its great to see the likes of Steve Wills, Paul Angel, Alan Lovell and chris Richards,Malcom Willmott not to mention very young looking Nick Quilliam, George Grimes and Bob Flowers. By the way your oponent in one of the karate contest pics, must be none other than Bob Shiner. I know `cos I wuz there... Great web sight! Best wishes, Jem

Subject:	5th Photo down with Japanese instructors.
	I recognise one, Shihan Peter Suzuki. I am his son. After 18 years of retirement he has now returned to Wado Ryu as technical adviosr to the new suzuki karate school based in Droitwich. I am now also back at training with my father.

	Hi I noticed this photo on your web site and reconised several old training partners from the EKA days. Their names are Mike Burt and John Tuck from I beleive the Burnham upon sea Wado Ryu Karate club.
